Chamilia is a Minneapolis based company launched in 2002. Chamilia Beads have quickly become popular with fans around the world.

What Are Chamilia Beads?

Chamilia beads are a range of interchangeable beads and charms with which you can build your own personalised jewelry. The beads screw onto specially designed Chamilia necklaces, bracelets, or anklets and you can also use spacers and locks to personalise the design further. Note that the official spelling of the name is "Chamilia" not "Charmilia".

The Chamilia system is reported to be compatible with that from Pandora, the main technical difference being that Chamilia uses "Freedom Lock" beads rather than fixed locking points.

The company specialises in gold, sterling silver and Italian Murano glass beads. However you can buy a huge range of different designs. There are currently in excess of 500 authentic Chamilia beads on sale, including many themes such as "family", "romance" and "sport".

Special Collections

There are currently two special Chamilia collections available to buy: Disney and Give Back.

The Disney Collection is an exclusive collection of authorised designs representing favourite Disney characters such as Mickey, Pooh and Nemo.

Through the Give Back collection Chamilia "supports communities and causes around the world [...] such as Breast Cancer, Helping Hands & Open Hearts, Autism and World Peace programs".
