Universal's Halloween Horror Nights

For fifteen years now Universal Studios have been running the annual Halloween Horror Nights (*) event at their Orlando theme park. This is a seperately ticketed event that takes place on certain October nights in the run up the Halloween. The event features a number of special "scare zones", haunted houses, etc.

Entrance to the Horror Nights is not included in with regular admission and separate tickets must be bought. Since the event often sells out, especially on weekends, buying in advance is recommended.

In 2006 Halloween Horror Nights 16 ("sweet sixteen") will take place at Universal's Orlando resort over nineteen nights between the end of September and Halloween itself. In addition, this year the Horror Nights come to LA - Universal Studios Hollywood will also be hosting a fright fest dring the late October weekends.
