The previously announced $1m bounty to be offered for photos leading to the capture of Bigfoot or the the Loch Ness Monster has reportedly been withdrawn.
Famed cryptozoologist Loren Coleman had been due to announce the bounty later this month. However sponsors Wizards of the Coast (a Hasbro subsidiary) have reportedly decided that there is too great a risk of someone coming to harm attempting to win the bounty.
Instead Wizards of the Coast - who produce the Duel Masters Trading Card game - are to run a contest to find photos or other evidence of the famous cryptids, with a grand prize of $5000.
