German Fireballs: UFOs or Meteors?

A wave of fireballs over the German skies has resulted in a huge number of UFO reports.

The objects, which have been falling for the last week, are described as massive, coloured fireballs shooting rapidly through the sky.

Scientists say that the fireballs are probably not alien craft and are more likely to be either space debris burning up or the Taurid meteor shower.
