The BBC reports on new research that has apparently revealed the path to true happiness.
A group of researchers from various disciplines set out to improve the happiness of the town of Slough. They worked with a group of 50 volunteers to discover successful happiness strategies with the aim of spreading these throughout the town.
The formula for happiness apparently includes laughing, speaking with friends and cutting down on television.
Somewhat ironically, the project has beeen made into a four part BBC TV series.
