China Daily reports that a new UFO research base is being planned in the country's Guizhou Province.
Authorities from the province's capital, Guiyang, are reported as saying that they have received $20 million from a Taiwan company to build the facility.
The research will concentrate on a UFO flap from 1994 in the Baiyun District.
