Russian School for UFO Spotters
Monday, March 27, 2006Following the recent crop circle and UFO sightings in Russia, a new school for UFO spotters is to be opened. It will teach basic UFO watching skills along with first contact protocol in case of an encounter.
The new institution will be opened at Togliatti in central Russia. The region has been at the heart of much of the recent UFO activity.
The school will be run by the Ufology Commission in Togliatti. Commission chairwoman Tatiana Markova stressed that this is a serious project: her team has studied and filmed many UFOs, common amongst which are the so-called "Belgian triangles".
Newcomers to the school will be expected to help extend the Ufology Commission's UFO sighting map.
