"Psychic" Judge Wants Job Back

The Manila Standard reports that a Malabon judge who claims psychic powers and dwarven friends is seeking his job back.

Regional trial court judge Florentino Floro Jr was reportedly disqualified after claiming that he had psychic power which included the ability to heal or harm. He also claims to have three dwarfs as friends: Armand, Luis and Angel.

Floro petitioned the Supreme Court to reinstate him, arguing that his beliefs - however unusual - were not sufficient reason for him to lose his job. He claimed that his gifts are in the realms of

"religious belief, free exercise and expression or parapsychology, and beyond the four corners of medicine, psychiatry and psychology"
