A new poll from Scripps Howard News Service reveals that one in three Americans think it's "very likely or somewhat likely that intelligent aliens from space have visited our planet".
Scripps talks about "only" one in three. After decades of debunking and misinformation I personally consider that figure surprisingly high.
The poll also reveals that those most likely to have seen a UFO are older male atheists with little interest in politics who live in rural areas of the Western states.
